MISS SIXTY collection report spring/summer 2016

„It’s all about Denim“. Essential parts of the Italian spring/summer 2016 collection are denims, which are provided throughout all product groups, ranging from trousers to dresses. Moreover, the trouser fits were optimized to adapt to all target groups. Miss Sixty focuses on the Super Slim Fit, the Skinny Fit, the Boyfriend Fit, the Boyfriend Low Crotch Fit, as well as Bermuda shorts and hot pants. The high-quality denim fabrics are durable and extremely soft. The color range reaches from unwashed/ dark blue used, medium blue, grey, black to light bleached. 

The new collection offers two important styles: The Cigar and the High Rise fit are highly trendy. The Cigar Fit is based on the Straight fit and has a straight leg. Miss Sixty’s team of designers has come up with something special, offering this fit with unstitched turn-up leg hems, so the trousers’ length can be individually and accordingly adapted. Thus, an authentic and fresh look is achieved. The Super Slim Fit with a High Rise is the trendy highlight of the jeans collection and is offered with a decent wash design. Every fit has an attractive variety of washes, reaching from clean, authentic to super bleached or with grunge effects. All materials have a certain amount of stretch in order to guarantee great wearing comfort. 

The denim range is enhanced by blouses made of lightly flowing denim Tencel fabrics, impressing by authentic washes. Furthermore, short tapered denim blouses with unstitched hems complement the trendy product range. Naturally, cool denim dresses, worn on the hip, or A-line Spaghetti strap dresses may not be missing this summer. 

The color theme „Feminine Blooms“ is separated into two essential trendy topics this season. The colors grey mélange, dark and light blue, as well as red and white add a casual look to the collection and are easily combinable. Highlight of the collection is the enzyme dye-look, adding up to a trendy and feminine look in combination with glittering print T-shirts. Large wordings on T-shirts made of soft stretch and slub jersey fabrics add a trendy and versatile touch to the collection by their different silhouettes. 

The collection is complemented by basic round neck T-shirts with Miss Sixty logos. The jersey collection is completed by T-shirt dresses with glittering applications. Biker jackets made of sweat fabrics are both must-haves and offer highest wearing comfort, as well. 

Pleated strap dresses made of flowing viscose and muslin fabrics are trendy and feminine at the same time.

The second color topic has a palette of soft ice-cream colors: shades of red, pink, yellow, purple and light blue are this season’s fashionable colors. The variety of T-shirt silhouettes is broad here, as well. The T-shirts collection consists of different lengths. A multitude of neckline-solutions from round necklines to v-necklines or boat necklines, as well as oversize T-shirts must not be missing throughout the collection of the trend label Miss Sixty. Funny wording prints and animal photography prints are the highlights of the T-shirt collection. 

Flowery allover prints decorate bomber jackets and jeans jackets, as well as 5-pocket trousers, reflecting the world of pastel colors. These allover prints are artfully repeated on the inner lining of hoodies and sweat jackets, making them highly combinable with the other pieces of the collection. Miss Sixty makes use of another striking emblem this season: the question mark. It reoccurs on many styles as print or allover print. 

The delivery dates of the Miss Sixty collection are in January and February 2016. The sizes range from 104 to 170.
